Lopez D. Matthews, Jr., PhD, Chair
Lopez D. Matthews. Jr. PhD, is the Manager of the Digital Production Center for the Howard University Libraries and the Moorland-Spingarn Research Center. He is also an Adjunct Professor of African American History at Coppin State University and Bowie State University where he teaches courses in African American, United States and World History. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture and a Commissioner for the Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture.
Antoine Banks
Antoine Banks is the Senior Manager of Government and Regulatory Affairs for Comcast Corporation. He is also a Board Member of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Advisory Board for the Hartford Cable Network Foundation. He is the immediate past chair of the Beautillion Scholars Program.
Ralph Johnson, PhD
Ralph Johnson is the Dean of the Center for Student Success at Washington Adventist University. He has served at the University of South Carolina as Assistant Dean of Student Life and Director of Minority Student Affairs and Johns Hopkins University as Associate Dean of Students. In 2011 he first came to Washington Adventist University and completed a one-year term as the Interim Provost. Dr. Johnson is also the recipient of numerous honors, including his induction into Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society, the Order of Omega Greek Honor Society, and the 1991 National Alumni Brother of the Year for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
